As an eDesigner my services are set up just like this. I have used designfiles and mydomastudio for years. It's two-fold, as an independent designer potential clients may not think I'm legitimate so they want to talk to someone. Make sure a real person is on the other end, so calls are set up.
There are those big corporate eDesign companies like Havenly that apy 'desingers' pennies on the dollar and are set up just like your landscaping company.
Other independent project mamagement software companies are: Wecora, 17hats, Vcita, Plutio, Trello, and some others that have come and gone.

No way!!!!! Elle, you are a freakin' fountain of helpful!!! THESE ARE SO GOOD. I forgot about 17hats—jeez! And sooooo interesting that designfiles & mydomastudio exist. Gonna look them up immediately. I tell you, I've *always* wished there were something better for copywriters. Designers have plenty of apps where they can share designs with clients in a branded portal and clients can leave comments and it's all very streamlined and gorgeous; copywriters have historically been stuck with regular old Google Docs. If anyone has any recs on solving that problem, let me know! (In the meantime I'm totes looking these up, Elle. Thank you for sharing!!!!)

Last April I was at a party with Sarah Daniele, founder of myDoma. myDoma just merged with another platform called Studio Designer that has the quickbook financials piece. Ash, you should create the platform you want for copywriters!!
First off, you have amazing skills period. Remember Phoebe from Friends singing about the cat? yeah... that's the same (at least the one we have in Europe). It's absolulety gorgeous but it stinks (big time). And, just in case, most yellow flowers attract bugs so if you're not too comfy with teeny flying friends around you while you sip your italian espresso... it may bee (lol sorry I had to do it) to consider.

Love your backyard. It’s lovely. Boxwood is an interesting choice so close to a table. In France, we tend to keep them at a distance. It’s stunning and beautiful. 🤩 You helped me to solve the daunting tug of war between offering custom service and the nonsense of back and forth… Any chance you read my comment on criminological books?
